Five Sundays, April 2, 9, 23, 30, and May 7 | 10 am–12 pm

In this class students will experiment with symmetry and equilibrium as they explore art. After studying the exhibitions John McLaughlin Paintings: Total Abstraction and Moholy-Nagy: Future Present, observing a kinetic sculpture by Alexander Calder and Levitated Mass by artist Michael Heizer, make photograms, Jenga-like sculptures, pendulum paintings, and more! Perfect for young artists who love hands-on creative problem-solving. Led by artist Elonda Norris.

Art Class Information

Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Enrollment varies per class. This class is designed for children ages 6 and older. Art materials and parking fees included in tuition. For additional art class information, please call 323 857-6139.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will only be granted if the art class is canceled. Please notify us immediately of any cancellations so that a student on our waiting list can attend class. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made three weeks before class start date. No refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to class start date.
