Teens: Outdoor Week-long Workshop

Monday through Friday: June 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 | 11 am–2 pm

Learn tricks to make your drawings look more realistic! Using LACMA’s sculpture gardens, galleries, architecture, and surrounding park—including the La Brea Tar Pits—you will learn the fundamentals of perspective drawing. Experiment with charcoal and watercolors to add vanishing points, horizon lines, and modeling to your work in a fun and playful way. With artist Jose Guadalupe Sanchez III.

Art Class Information
Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Pre-registration is required for all classes. Enrollment varies per class. This class is designed for teens ages 13 and older; children ages 12 and under will not be admitted. Art materials and parking fees included in tuition. All skills welcome. For additional art class information, please call 323 857-6139.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds will only be granted if the art class is canceled. Please notify us immediately of any cancellations so that a student on our waiting list can attend class. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made three weeks before class start date. No refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to class start date.
