One-Day Workshop: Fabulous Fabric Workshop, an intergenerational class for students ages 5 and up

In this three-hour intergenerational class, students explore printing techniques for fabric inspired by the exhibition Kimono for a Modern Age. Learn to create geometric and floral designs by making rubber stamps, stencils, and painting directly on the material. Then use your fabric to make a simple yet stylish garment you can actually wear. With artist Valentina Mogilveskaya.

LACMA, classes meet on the Los Angeles Times Central Court | 1–4 pm
