In a one-day symposium presented by the Goethe-Institut Los Angeles at LACMA, artists, critics, and art historians examine this vital transatlantic artistic period. Guest speakers include Thomas Crow, Maria Nordman, Lynda Morris, Steven Lavine, Ariane Beyn, Christoph Bartmann, and the organizer of the event, Doris Berger.
