Art in Ancient America

Create your own artwork by exploring symbolism, cosmological beliefs, and traditions in Ancient American art from LACMA’s collection. This workshop will focus on textiles and ceramics from Panama and objects excavated from tombs in Guatemala and in Mexico’s ancient city of Teotihuacan.
