LOS ABANDONED

LOS ABANDONED is taking over the indie scene with their bilingual blend of hooky, high-energy pop/rock and retro-folklore sounds. The band reunites the Casio keyboard with gritty electric guitars and the bittersweet ukulele in a post-punk/Latin alternative influenced sound. Their knack for hard-rocking riffs, catchy melodies and cheeky lyrics have gained them international acclaim and performances on bills with Cafe Tacuba, Tegan & Sara, Garbage, and Julieta Venegas.

DJ SANTI 
10 pm | Art of the Americas Building

DJ SANTI is resident DJ for Turn Off the Radio, a music event that mixes and mashes across genres and languages for a truly unique sound. His eclectic style (including Latin alternative, indie and new wave) can be found everywhere from the Superestrella 107.1 club mix show to the Al Borde Acoustic series in Los Angeles.
