Celebrate L.A.’s finest jazz musicians with Jazz at LACMA, presented Friday evenings from May through October.
This week, join us for a concert with the Devin Daniels Quintet.
Hailing from Inglewood, California, alto saxophonist Devin Daniels is a graduate of the Berkeley College of Music and is now pursuing his master’s degree at the Herbie Hancock Institute of Jazz Performance at UCLA. He was recently awarded a residency at the 18th Street Arts Center residency supported by the Herb Alpert Foundation. Daniels has just released his first trio album and has shared the stage with Miguel Atwood Ferguson, Carlos Nino, and Jamael Dean, the Pan African People’s Arkestra, and Diego Gaeta.
Jazz at LACMA is free and open to all. Seating is limited and first come, first served. Visitors are encouraged to wear face masks in all indoor spaces including restrooms.
