Andell Family Sundays—Dragon Days
In Asia, dragons are mythical beasts that symbolize good luck. In the West, dragons are fierce and dangerous. Compare these creatures in an installation of art featuring dragons from LACMA's collection and make your own composite animals, and then continue your journey and search for more of the beasties throughout LACMA's campus!
While you're here, cruise on over to BCAM to see more than a thousand miniature cars zooming through Chris Burden's kinetic sculpture, Metropolis II, which is in action every Sunday at the following times: 10:30–11:30 am; 12:30–1:30 pm; 2:30–3:30 pm; 4:30–5:30 pm.
LA Times Central Court | Free, with museum admission | 12:30–3:30 pm
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
