The Echo Park Project

Saturday, June 14, 2014 | 5 pm

The Echo Park Project was created in 2006 by Carlo Lopez, a Latin percussionist from Brooklyn who wanted to recreate in Southern California the legendary salsa style of New York City. Their repertoire is a combination of original material and hot 1970s cover tunes. Since its creation, the band has developed a loyal following and has released two CDs: Retro New York Salsa and El Viernes Social.

Presented as part of Latin Sounds taking place every Saturday from May 24 to August 30. Check out the full schedule of upcoming concerts.
