Families: Free Family Art Making Workshop

The exhibition A Universal History of Infamy: Those of This America presents work by contemporary Latino artists, writers, and activists exploring loss, resilience, and the political potential of poetic expression alongside works from LACMA’s collection.

This free monthly event features an artist-led workshop where visitors of all ages are welcome. After exploring artwork in the gallery, create your own art inspired by the exhibition. Drop in anytime between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm.

Note: This program takes place off-site at Charles White Elementary School, 2401 Wilshire Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90057. Charles White Elementary School Gallery is open to the public for free every Saturday, 1–4 pm. Enter the gallery at the corner of Park View and Wilshire Boulevard.
