The Arts and Crafts Movement: Masterworks from the Max Palevsky and Jodie Evans Collection
The Arts and Crafts Movement is a celebration of the promised gift of forty-five decorative arts objects from Max Palevsky and Jodie Evans’s personal collection, selected as the most important to add to LACMA’s holdings. The exhibition will highlight about eighteen representative examples of the American and European Arts and Crafts movement, including furniture, glass, ceramics, and metalwork by designers and architects such as Frank Lloyd Wright, Greene and Greene, Henry Van de Velde, and Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
