Mindful Movement: Pacific

Unwind in a guided movement session inside the Pacific galleries of LACMA’s David Geffen Galleries, inspired by works from the museum’s permanent collection. This class for all levels introduces simple, mindful movement practices for adults, taught by L.A. Dance Project company members.

Audrey Sides trained at the Oakland Ballet School, the Oakland School for the Arts, and the San Francisco Ballet School before joining Ballet Austin as a trainee, going on to train with the Hubbard Street Professional Program and help found Little Fire Artist Collective in Chicago. Sides joined L.A. Dance Project in 2023.
