The intricate patterns and striking imagery of block printing in the exhibition Deep Cuts: Block Printing Across Cultures provide an ideal focal point for meditation and contemplation. At this Art & Meditation session, manager of family programs at LACMA, poet, and meditation instructor Alicia Vogl Sáenz will lead a slow art-looking exercise and conversation in conjunction with the exhibition followed by meditation. No meditation experience necessary; instruction will be given.
