Because of the generosity of our LACMA family, the museum has been able to pivot quickly from on-site programming to providing a treasure trove of free online content with LACMA @ Home. As a county institution, we also remain committed to supporting educators across Los Angeles County, especially now. Thanks to our supporters, we have been able to provide:

  • Standards-aligned curricula that highlight LACMA’s permanent collection and exhibitions
  • Virtual Evenings for Educators, a professional development program for K–12 teachers that helps identify strategies for incorporating the visual arts into classrooms
  • Make Art at Home, a video series by LACMA's teaching artists that presents art-making activities using common household materials
  • and more!

Digital content will continue to be a priority after the museum reopens. By providing these online resources free of charge, we can make the arts accessible to the widest possible audience, both in Los Angeles County and beyond. We hope you will consider supporting these efforts by making a gift today.
