Celebrate L.A.'s finest jazz musicians with Jazz at LACMA, presented Friday evenings from May through October.
This week, join us for a concert with keyboardist and composer Lao Tizer, whose high-energy band has performed at leading jazz festivals around the world, including the Hollywood Bowl Jazz Festival, Cape Town Jazz Festival, Java Jazz Festival, Caribbean Sea Jazz Festival, and Atlanta Jazz Festival. He has released six albums as a leader featuring such musicians as Chieli Minucci (Special EFX), Eric Marienthal (Chick Corea), Gene Coye (Hiromi), Karen Briggs (Stanley Clarke) and Raul Pineda (Chucho Valdes).
