Celebrate L.A.’s finest jazz musicians with Jazz at LACMA, presented Friday evenings from May through October. This week, join us for a concert with the Max Haymer Trio.
Grammy-nominated pianist and composer Max Haymer has performed the world over as music director for Jane Monheit and Arturo Sandoval. Recent concert venues include Blue Note, the Newport Jazz Festival, Sala Sao Paolo, Ronnie Scott’s, Blues Alley, and the Walt Disney Concert Hall. His recent recordings include Whirlwind: Live at Sam First and Pickpocket Witness. Haymer is a South Arts Jazz Roads winner and was a finalist in the Horace Silver Piano Competition.
