Celebrate L.A.’s finest jazz musicians with Jazz at LACMA, presented Friday evenings from April to November.
This week, join us for a concert with Theo Saunders.
Pianist, composer, and arranger Theo Saunders has been on the international jazz scene for more than 55 years and has performed and recorded with a dizzying array of artists from Slam Stewart to Carla Bley. His notable collaborators include Bill Evans, Willie Bobo, Freddie Hubbard, Bob Brookmeyer, Azar Lawrence, and Henry Franklin. As a leader, he has recorded seven albums and has performed in venues ranging from the Montreux Jazz Festival to Carnegie Hall.
Jazz at LACMA is free and open to all. Seating is limited and first come, first served. Visitors are encouraged to wear face masks in all indoor spaces including restrooms.
