Mahjong Night at LACMA

  • Date:
  • Time: 8 PM – 10 PM
  • Location: Smidt Welcome Plaza
  • Price: $12, Members: $8

Wear your favorite cheongsam, qipao, or other traditional Chinese garment for this evening of mahjong and fashion. After a conversation between East Never Loses and Mahjong Mistress co-founder Angie QQ and Fashioning Chinese Women co-curator Clarissa Esguerra about what both mahjong and fashion can teach us about cultural appreciation, you'll join a session of music and play. Instruction will be provided; all levels welcome.

This program is part of Third Weekends at LACMA, a monthly line up of free and ticketed programs inspired by our collection and special exhibitions.

Go Metro. The D Line now brings you directly to LACMA (Wilshire/Fairfax Station). Plan your trip at Metro.net.
