This class is for beginners and experienced artists alike: you don't even have to know how to draw a straight line to enjoy this class! You'll learn about value, perspective, and composition and familiarize yourself with different drawing mediums. Taught by artist Shannon Green.
This program will take place indoors on LACMA’s campus. Supplies are included with tuition.

About the Instructor
Shannon Green (he/him) is an illustrator, painter, and color designer who loves teaching art to both children and adults. He is the founder of The Cool School Los Angeles and has been a teaching artist at LACMA since 2004. Shannon’s experience teaching includes residencies at various public, private, and charter schools, and as faculty at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Find him on Instagram.
