Peggy Hasegawa is a paper-lover and papermaker. She teaches bookmaking using a variety of materials, including Japanese handmade papers, fabric, and recycled items. Peggy is inspired by art from many different cultures and shares that love with her students. An arts educator for over 25 years, Peggy teaches classes and workshops in schools, at LACMA, and at other cultural institutions.
