Discover art from around the world and dream of painting in the French countryside, scoring a goal on the soccer field, and creating textiles influenced by Chinese fashion. After exploring the exhibitions Village Square, Deep Cuts, Fútbol Is Life, and Fashioning Chinese Women, as well as artworks from LACMA’s permanent collection, we'll paint portraits and landscapes, sculpt figures and athletes, print on fabric, collage, embroider, draw, and more. Taught by artist Rosanne Kleinerman.
This program will take place outdoors on LACMA's campus June 11, 12, 15, 16, 17, and 18. The ticket price covers all six camp dates. Thirty-minute parking validations are provided for the Pritzker Parking Garage on 6th Street. A supervised one-hour lunch break is scheduled outdoors daily. Please pack a nut-free lunch and water bottle every day.
Full refunds will only be granted if the art class is canceled by LACMA. Please notify us immediately if a student is unable to attend so that another student on our waiting list can attend class. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made three weeks before class start date. No refunds for cancellations made less than three weeks prior to class start date.
