Veteran tenor saxophonist Ralph Moore has toured the world as a member of such legendary bands led by Horace Silver, Roy Haynes, Freddie Hubbard, and Gene Harris. As a recording artist, he has released recordings for Reservoir, Landmark, Criss Cross, and Savoy Records and as a sideman has worked with such greats as Ray Brown, Kenny Barron, Roy Hargrove, and Oscar Peterson. Starting in 1995, Moore was a longtime member of the Tonight Show Band directed by guitarist Kevin Eubanks.
