From the Santa Monica Freeway (I-10): Take Fairfax Ave. north 2 miles to Wilshire Blvd.
From the Hollywood Freeway (US-101): Take Highland Avenue 3.5 miles south to Wilshire Blvd.; take a right on Wilshire and proceed 1 mile west.
Guests being dropped off or requiring assistance should arrive curbside along Wilshire Blvd. in front of the Urban Light sculpture.
Metro Local 20 and Rapid 720 buses on Wilshire Blvd. and Metro Local 217 and 218, and Rapid 780 buses on Fairfax Ave. stop within half a block of the museum.
Wilshire/Western Station on the Metro Purple Line is 3 miles east of LACMA. From there, you can easily transfer onto the westbound Local 20 and Rapid 720 buses on Wilshire Blvd., and get off half a block from LACMA.
La Cienega/Jefferson Station on the Metro Expo Line is 3 miles south of LACMA. From there, you can easily transfer onto the northbound Local 217 to Fairfax Ave. and Wilshire Blvd., half a block from LACMA.

The subway is coming to LACMA! As Metro builds the Purple Line Extension, expect occasional reduced lanes and left-turn restrictions along Wilshire Blvd. LACMA will remain open throughout Metro construction.
Parking for LACMA is located at the Pritzker Parking Garage on 6th St., just east of Fairfax Ave., and on the corner of Wilshire Blvd. at Spaulding Ave.
The $16 charge ($8 after 7 pm entry) may be prepaid at a pay station located in each parking lot.
During moments of peak attendance, LACMA operates valet-assisted, stack parking in the Pritzker Parking Garage at no additional charge.
Four parking spots on P2 of the Pritzker Parking Garage adjacent to the elevators are reserved for expectant mothers and families with infants or small children, available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free EV charging stations are available on a first-come, first-served basis on P1 of the Pritzker Parking Garage.
The member parking pass is available to LACMA members at the Dual level or above. Visit the museum's membership tables during regular museum hours or call 323 857-6151 to purchase the pass for $80 and receive parking validation through the duration of your membership year when you visit the museum.
