Spend your Saturday evenings with world-renowned artists performing everything from Indigenous music to the latest sounds from Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Mexico, Peru, and Los Angeles! These free concerts are presented Saturday evenings from Memorial Day weekend in May to Labor Day weekend in September.

In the Mix: Music & Film—Songs from the Hole with Special Performance by JJ'88

Tune in to a sonically inspired series of films documenting the sounds, rhythms, and vibrations that move us to action and change the world, featuring Songs from the Hole and Tony Williams in Africa—films made by, about, and through music with screenings accompanied by live performances and conversations.

Art & Meditation

The natural environment holds historical and spiritual significance. LACMA educator Alicia Vogl Sáenz will lead slow looking and meditative exercises in conjunction with the exhibition Grounded. No meditation experience necessary; instruction will be given.

Cooking with LACMA: Outpouring of Spirits

For National Grief Awareness Day, Brian Lee of Open Market and Koreatown Wine Club and archivist Rosie Grant will delve into the linked history of alcoholic spirits and the commemoration of the dead. Guests will partake in a guided wine and soju tasting while also learning about some of the drinking vessels in LACMA’s permanent collection.

Guests must be 21 years or older to attend. Validated garage parking is included with a ticket.
