These free concerts are presented Saturday evenings from Memorial Day weekend in May to Labor Day weekend in September.
This week, join us for a concert with Sangre Nueva.
Celebrating its 15th anniversary, Sangre Nueva is a Latin band founded by its leader and musical director, Juan Karlos Jimenez. The group is comprised of eight musicians focusing on Cuban music and other Latin styles such as salsa, danzón, cha cha chá, and Latin jazz, among many others. In 2009 the group changed to its current name, Sangre Nueva and is established as one of Los Angeles’s premiere salsa bands performing all across Southern California.
