Celebrate L.A.'s finest jazz musicians with Jazz at LACMA, presented Friday evenings from May through October.
This week, join us for a concert with the Julius Rodriguez Trio. A gifted pianist and multi-instrumentalist, Rodriguez combines his jazz-trained chops with his passion for R&B, gospel, and hip-hop. In 2022, he made his solo debut for Verve Records and over the years has worked with such luminaries as Roy Hargrove, Wynton Marsalis, Meshell Ndegocello, Carmen Lundy, and Keyon Harrold. Rodriguez is a graduate of the Juilliard School and the Manhattan School of Music, and has performed at clubs and festivals across the country and throughout the world, including the Blue Note, SFJazz, the Kennedy Center, and Monterey and North Sea Jazz Festivals.
