Buddhist sculptures, paintings, and ritual objects serve as a focal point for meditation and contemplation at this program. Educator Alicia Vogl Sáenz will lead a slow art-looking exercise in conjunction with the exhibition Realms of the Dharma: Buddhist Art Across Asia, followed by meditation. No meditation experience necessary; instruction will be given.
