Dancing Light: Figure Drawing Workshop Inspired by Impressionism and Ballet

Step into the world of Impressionism and engage with movement, light, and shadow. At this two-hour workshop for adults led by teaching artist Shannon Green, you will explore how artists like Edgar Degas captured rhythm, grace, and fleeting motion as you sketch ballet dancer Ishaun Jackson-Moaney in the galleries of Collecting Impressionism at LACMA.
Materials will be provided.
Full refunds will only be granted if the art class is canceled by LACMA. Please notify us immediately if a student is unable to attend so that another student on our waiting list can attend class. A refund equal to half of tuition paid will be granted for cancellations made three weeks before the class start date.
