Follow your poetic instincts with teaching artist Brendan Constantine at a generative writing workshop in the galleries of the exhibition Grounded. Materials will be provided, and no prior writing experience is needed.
Brendan Constantine is a poet based in Los Angeles. His work has appeared in Poetry, The Nation, Best American Poetry, and Poem A Day, among others. His fifth collection, The Opposites Game, has just been released by Red Hen Press. He has presented his work to audiences throughout the US and Europe and appeared on NPR’s All Things Considered, TED ED, and numerous podcasts. He currently teaches at the Windward School, LACMA, and the Midnight Mission.
